This website rate for the studio in north Kihei is $149/night (Jan-March is $199/night) NO TAX OR FEES, except the one-time maid fee of $175 and a refundable damage deposit of $500.
Payments accepted are Zelle or a check if the check has time to clear before the check-in date, or direct deposit into my bank account.
Cancellation policy is full refund within 48 hours of the booking date and also full refund if it is before 14 days of the check-in date and 50% refund within the 14 days of the check-in date.
This condo is a studio/1 bath with one queen bed plus one double bed pull-out couch bed. It has a full kitchen and a lanai that overlooks the ocean.

The 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in the center of Kihei, across from Kamaole 1 beach, Charlie Young beach, and next to the Cove (the local surfing beach in Kihei).
